The 2027 race will again be held at the Florida Horse Park on South Hwy 475 and feature both road and grass portions.

Love of a Horse Ocala 5K benefits the
Foundation for the Horse, a group with over 30 years dedicated to improving the welfare of horses through education and research.
Through education, research, and outreach, The Foundation for the Horse seeks a world in which every horse, everywhere, has a healthy and productive life.
We have a VIRTUAL REGISTRATION option for those that are out of the area.
You can join us in supporting the Foundation for the Horse from anywhere in the country! Run your own 5K course and upload your time to Its Your Race by Jan 31, 2027. Packets including your race tshirt and medal will be sent out AFTER RACE DAY if you select optional shipping for $10

NEW LOCATION: Juniper General Store (6998 US-27 Suite 112, Ocala, FL 34482), from 4-7PM on Saturday Jan 30, 2027. You can also pick up starting at 7am on race day at the Horse Park.
KRISTINA from CLUB PILATES will take you through a pre race warm up at 7:40. Scan the QR code at the race for a free in studio class!Race entry fees are:
$35 until Jan 15, 2027, at midnight
$40 Jan 16, 2027, until Jan 30, 2027 at 6pm
$45 race day STARTS Friday Jan 30, 2027 at 6pm
You will be guaranteed a shirt if you enter before midnight JAN 15, 2027 midnight
Awards will be presented to the top Male and Female overall and Masters! The top THREE age group winners, M/F in 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 - 69 and 70 and Over.
Awards will be based on GUN TIME so please place yourself accordingly if you expect to be in contention for an award.
AWARDS WILL NOT BE MAILED OUT BUT YOU MAY PICK THEM UP DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.
