Welcome back to our 6th Annual Love of the Horse 5K taking place SUNDAY MARCH 29, 2026 at 8 am!The 2026 race will be held at the Florida Horse Park on South Hwy 475 and feature both road and grass portions. In addition, the race will be held before a polo match!

Foundation for the Horse, a group with over 30 years dedicated to improving the welfare of horses through education and research.
Through education, research, and benevolence, The Foundation for the Horse seeks a world in which every horse, everywhere, has a healthy and productive life.
We have a VIRTUAL REGISTRATION option for those that are out of the area.
You can join us in supporting the Foundation for the Horse from anywhere in the country! Run your own 5K course and upload your time to Its Your Race by March 30, 2026. Packets including your race tshirt and medal will be sent out AFTER RACE DAY if you select optional shipping for $10

RACE DAY STARTING TIME is 8am
PACKET PICKUP: Will begin at 7 am on race day. Pre race pick up will be determined shortly.
Race entry fees are:
$35 until March 14th, 2026 at midnight
$40 March 15, 2026 until March 28, 2026 at 6pm when online registration closes
$45 race day
You will be guaranteed a shirt if you enter before midnight March 14, 2026 midnight
Awards will be presented to the top Male and Female overall and Masters! The top THREE age group winners, M/F in 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 - 69 and 70 and Over.
Awards will be based on GUN TIME so please place yourself accordingly if you expect to be in contention for an award.
AWARDS WILL NOT BE MAILED OUT BUT YOU MAY PICK THEM UP DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.
